Adding an item - product or service
To add a new product or service, do the following -
- Go to the “Items” tab.
- Click on the “Add Item” button on the left side.
- Fill in the details for the fields tabulated below.
- Click "Save Item".

Description |
| Item Code |
The unique ID or the name of the product or service that needs to be added. |
| Description |
The description for the item. |
| Rate |
Rate represents the price of the product, in case of service it is the hourly rate. |
| Tax1 |
You can specify up to two taxes for the product or service. This field represents the first tax. |
| Tax2 |
You can specify up to two taxes for the product or service. This field represents the second tax. |
