Acknowledging customer payments
Zoho Invoice makes it easier for you to acknowledge customer payments, all you have to do is check the "Acknowledge Payment" check box, while adding or updating a payment.
To customize the default message, do the following -
- Click on the "Settings" link at the top right corner.
- Click on the "Payment thank-you" link under the "E-mail Settings" on the left.
- Customize the message as required.
- You can also make use of the placeholders
- Click on the "Save" button to save your changes.
