Status of recurring profile
A recurring profile can have the following status-
Active: This means that the recurring profile is currently active and recurring invoices (child invoices) will be generated based on the specified frequency. To view all the active profiles, click on the “Invoices” tab and then click on the “Active Profiles” link under “Recurring Profiles” on the left.
Suspended: This means that the recurring profile has been suspended and *NO* recurring invoices (child invoices) will be generated for the profile in this status. To view all the suspended profiles, click on the “Invoices” tab and then click on the “Suspended Profiles” link under “Recurring Profiles” on the left side.
Expired: A recurring profile is moved to the expired status when the current date is greater than the “End Date” mentioned in the recurring profile. *NO* more recurring invoices (child invoices) will be generated from the recurring profile in this status. To view all the expired profiles, click on the “Invoices” tab and then click on the “Expired Profiles” link under “Recurring Profiles” on the left side.
Changing the status of recurring profile:
We can very easily change the status of the recurring profile from “Active” to “Suspended” and vice versa. To do this go to the respective view (Active Profiles or Suspended Profiles), select the profile(s) for which you want to change the status and click on the “Resume” or “Suspend” button (as the case may be) at the top of the list view.
