Importing/Exporting estimates or quotes
To import estimates or quotes into Zoho Invoice, follow the steps below-
- Click on the “Estimates” tab.
- Now click on the “Import Estimates” link on the right side.
- The above action will take you to the “Import Estimates” page. This page lists the various options for importing estimates or quotes into the system.
- Now click on the “Import” link of the format using which you want to import your estimates or quotes.
- Clicking on the “Import” link will bring up a text field and a “Browse” button. Use this button to specify the data file.
That’s it! All the data from the data file will be imported into Zoho Invoice.
To export your estimates or quotes from Zoho Invoice, follow the steps below-
- Click on the “Estimates” tab.
- Now click on the “Export Estimates” link on the right side.
- The above action will take you to the “Export Estimates” page. This page lists the various options for exporting estimates or quotes from the system.
- Now click on the “Download” link of the format via which you want to export your estimates or quotes.
- Clicking on the “Download” link will prompt you to save or open the file. You can save the data by specifying a name for the file or open it for further manipulation.
- Alternatively you can click on the “View” link, which will open the data in “Zoho Sheet”. This will facilitate viewing and editing the data in bulk.
