Glossary

Placeholder: A special keyword enclosed within %%, used in e-mail templates, stands-in for data that will be replaced during the actual communication.

Drafts: Invoices that are yet to be sent to customers.

Open Invoice: Invoices that are not yet due and have not been fully paid.

Overdue Invoice: Invoices that are past their due date, but have not been fully paid.

Closed Invoice: Fully paid invoices.

Items: The product or service that is sold.

Due date: The date on which the invoice becomes due.

Payment Mode: The method of payment.

Payment Terms: The credit period that you allow your customers.

System Logo: Logo that appears at the top left of the system during the service usage.

Invoice Logo: Logo that appears on the generated invoices.
