Importing/Exporting payment details
To import your payment details into Zoho Invoice, follow the steps below-
- Click on the “Invoices” tab.
- Click on the "All Payments" link on the left side.
- Now click on the “Import Payment Details” link on the right side.
- The above action will take you to the “Import Payment Details” page. This page lists the various options for importing payment details into the system.
- Now click on the “Import” link of the format using which you want to import your payment details .
- Clicking on the “Import” link will bring up a text field and a “Browse” button. Use this button to specify the data file.
That’s it! All the data from the data file will be imported into Zoho Invoice.
To export your payment details from Zoho Invoice, follow the steps below-
- Click on the “Invoices” tab.
- Click on the "All Payments" link on the left side.
- Now click on the “Export Payment Details” link on the right side.
- The above action will take you to the “Export Payment Details” page. This page lists the various options for exporting payment details from the system.
- Now click on the “Download” link of the format via which you want to export your payment details.
- Clicking on the “Download” link will prompt you to save or open the file. You can save the data by specifying a name for the file or open it for further manipulation.
- Alternatively you can click on the “View” link, which will open the data in “Zoho Sheet”. This will facilitate viewing and editing the data in bulk.
